Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. For returns and exchanges to be accepted, the store tag must be present and intact. Items returned without the store tag or with a broken store tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, a defective item, or an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.
